the the Assumption or blueprint that exists that's causing that is something to the effect of you know people leave me I get insecure when I get in relationships I get um I receive extreme anxiety when I fall in love with someone so that would be the Assumption and then you combine it with the desire so and what I mean by that is think what would it be like if you no longer had that problem so you summarize the opposite of the painful belief such as every time I'm in a relationship I always remain consistent every time I'm in a relationship I always remain peaceful every time I'm in a relationship all my partners stay with me every time I'm in a relationship know you know my partners are loyal and consistent etc etc etc
