Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Alai AI website, applications, Advisor, community, and subscription features.
Educational and personal-use service
Alai AI provides Joseph Alai source material, software tools, AI-assisted planning, and personal practice tracking. User-reported manifestations, counters, community posts, AI responses, and examples are not independently verified promises or guarantees of outcomes.
No professional advice
The service is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, employment, or emergency advice and does not replace a qualified professional. Do not delay urgent or appropriate care because of app content. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis resource immediately.
Accounts
Provide accurate registration information, protect account access, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under the account. The service is not directed to children under 13; users who have not reached the age required to contract where they live need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
AI limitations
AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate. Review important decisions and do not rely on an AI response as a factual or professional determination. Source cards link back to Joseph Alai videos so you can inspect the underlying material. Alai AI may change models, routing, prompts, and safeguards while preserving the product’s privacy and responsibility commitments.
Your content and public contributions
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Alai AI the limited rights needed to store, process, reproduce, moderate, and display it for the feature you selected. Private material is not licensed for public display. For content you deliberately publish, you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it until it is removed or the account is deleted. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use or content that exposes another person’s private information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, deceive, spam, solicit unlawfully, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, bypass access controls, scrape private data, distribute malware, or interfere with operation. Community moderation may hide or remove content and restrict accounts to protect members and the service.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Prices and renewal periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe and can be cancelled through the billing portal. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be managed in the applicable store. Deleting an account immediately ends access and cancels a linked web Stripe customer; it does not cancel an Apple or Google store subscription, which must be cancelled separately.
Ownership
Alai AI software, design, original organization, and non-user content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Joseph Alai source videos remain available through their original YouTube links. A subscription is a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service and does not transfer ownership.
Availability and termination
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may suspend access for material violations, security threats, fraud, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and delete the account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Alai AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
