constructing a scene often times that is simple to remember so that you don't have to reflect upon it while you're imagining remove all the extra detail that doesn't matter imagine after the end in first person point of view and a single desire in and of itself imagine that scene to the best of your ability it's not about quantity here it's about quality if you have five scenes the goal isn't to imagine them all in one sitting in one night imagine one at a time until you feel you've done the best you want this scene to be as if it's a Memory that means thinking from that scene not of the scene meaning have your thoughts aligning with yourself if you really were there add all the tones of reality strip out all the extra detail that doesn't matter and your scene could be very short easily memorable it could be 3 seconds 5 Seconds long something that you can just repeat over and over and over
