hey this is Joseph Alai here I want to talk again about faith and the latter exercise this is an exercise by Neville Godard he explained to his audience to imagine at the end of the day that you were climbing a ladder and up and down the ladder you would climb until you fell asleep but throughout the day you would have to command to yourself to affirm to yourself that you will not climb the ladder and then he said for those of you who climb the ladder you can show up to the meeting next Wednesday or whatever it was what he is teaching here is that visualization is far superior to affirmations and he is essentially saying if you can imagine before bed you will get whatever you want despite what your inner conversations imply so use this technique for whatever you want and build your faith that way
