I Used THIS METHOD to End 16 YEARS of Anxious/Insecure Attachment Style (Permanently)
In this video, I break down the exact manifesting process I used to move from anxious, insecure, fearful, jealous, and obsessive relationship patterns into security, confidence, and peace. For years, I could not sustain relationships without falling into fear of abandonment, jealousy, doubt, mind-reading, obsessive thinking, and emotional spirals. I tried changing assumptions, changing beliefs, and working on self-concept, but nothing fully solved the pattern until I discovered what I call the Second Self Method. This method is about constructing the version of yourself who already thinks, rea

Hi. My name is Joseph Ally. Welcome to my channel. And today, I wanna talk about a method that drastically altered the course of my life. The solution that took me years to figure out through a a very long period of systematic manifesting. This is the method that took me out from insecurity and anxiety and put me into security confidence and the ability to sustain a relationship as opposed to nearly fifteen, sixteen years of absolutely drastic failures when it came to relationships. And not only that, relationships, insecurity, fear, doubt, jealousy, fear of abandonment, those just completely destroyed my life for many, many, many years. Could never sustain a relationship. I would be the coolest of the cool, but suddenly entering into a relationship, I would go from doctor Jekyll to mister Hyde with instantly switching on fears, doubts, insecurity, jealousy. And ultimately, that's what led into the self destructive tendencies that nearly took away my life. So with this method called the second self, I'm going to provide you with the step by step instruction, the step by step journey that I took to discover this method, how to implement this method, how to get the results I got to take you from insecure or anxious into secure, confident, and the ability to live peacefully and happily through this step by step process, this approach that I took that not only I have implemented into my life to change it, but many others have also implemented into their lives to manifest freedom from anxiety, freedom from fear, freedom from doubt. These problems that have continuously surmounted and caused problems for years and years until it was able to be finally eradicated. Before we begin, do me a favor. Hit the subscribe button. It's absolutely free. It helps the channel drastically. If you like approaches that are systematic, if you like approaches that are data driven, driven from actual testing of manifesting, not just reading and regurgitating, but literally putting it to the test since 2011 systematically implemented manifesting testing to get to where I am today. If that's what you're interested in, hit the subscribe button. Also, don't post always consistently, but if you wanna stay notified, hit the bell icon and like this video so that people who wouldn't normally be able to see it will be able to see it. Now let's get into the topic of the second self and how we can use that to manifest anything that you want, specifically as it relates to changes in patterns, changes in your perspective, changes in how you perceive the world, changes in how other people act, changes in removal, complete and absolute permanent removal. Finally, permanent removal of insecurities, fears, anxieties, doubts, addictions, and anything that you want. Just follow these instructions. So I already gave you a little bit of backstory, but just as an example or to further it, in in 2011, I started testing manifesting that came as a result of addiction. Addiction that completely destroyed and ravaged my life, and that occurred, you know, as a result or in part due to the death of my brother. He was killed suddenly and tragically in a car accident. Now the addiction destroyed my life and as a you know, and I and I always said that that was the core reason behind my addiction, but really it started or the the the seeds were planted a little bit before that, starting back in 2005, 2006 through falling in love. Now before this, I had been in relationships before when I was younger. I'm talking about when I was, you know, young, like 12, 13, like little little relationships, you know. But when I was 16, I fell in love with someone. But immediately, these tendencies, the depression is all I knew how to call it at the time I'd kicked in. Really, what it was was extreme drastic anxiety, extreme fear of abandonment, extreme jealousy, extreme not knowing where I stand, extreme mind reading, And all of those completely transformed me from the normal person that I was into this character and this person who could not bear to experience the reality that I was experiencing. Now that carried on for a couple of years. After that, couple of years of drastic, horrific depression. After that was said and done, stepped away for a while, but there was something I did during that time to vacate the emotions and feelings, that was get drunk and and get high. And that stopped that the extreme anxiety. Now later on though, I had already planted a seed to know how to escape those feelings. And so later on when when tragedy struck is when I was full flight from reality using drugs, like my brother died and then further relationships and stuff. But anyway, in 2011, so years later, so 2020, 2005, I was 16. That was when the relationship hit. That's when the depression, the anxiety, these things that I'd never experienced before began to hit. I had no idea how to solve it. No one could relate to me because it was so drastic. People would try to talk me out of any time I wanted to be in a relationship, warn me, get me out of it. Don't do it. Watch what's gonna happen. Right? Because they knew I would go totally mad, totally crazy. So addiction strikes, you know, my brother dies, all this stuff start happens. I get really, really, really bad. And then as I twenty eleven, I started I learned about manifesting. I started trying to figure out how to use manifesting to get out of my addiction, not remembering that the core reason of my addiction was initially was because of the fears, the doubts, the insecurities, the inability to deal with my emotions, really, but that was in relation to relationships, in relation to women, in relation to, yeah, the feelings that arose as a result of it. So furthermore, though, knowing that after I've experienced a few powerful, miracles, manifestations, that the only key, the only solution for me to feel any sort of peace and security in a relationship was through manifesting. I could probably figure out how to resolve that if I could figure out how to manifest other things. So that was the beginning of my systematic testing of manifesting now. But it wasn't until far later, right, once I figured out and and learned about Neville Goddard and then once I began to really understand that he was the closest I could get to to figuring out how manifesting work. Right? In other words, because I began to systematically test manifesting in 2011, I didn't find Neville until 2016, 2017. And but when I did, because I had already been began to test manifesting, I knew that what Neville was saying is the closest that I could possibly get to accuracy because of the testing I'd already done. So in other words, the testing came first. Neville came after and shone a bright light onto manifesting, more accurate, more specific than I had ever understood before. And I started to realize about assumptions, your self-concept, and the like. So fast forward, the fears, doubts, and decisions, the jealousy, anxiety, and all of that related to relationships never faded, but the addiction did because of the manifestations. And what would happen would be is I would get into a relationship, the jealousy, anxiety, fears, doubts, fear of abandonment would take over. It would just latch onto my mind, and then immediately I would start to wonder what is she doing? Who is she texting? Why hasn't she messaged me back? She's gonna leave me. She's gonna cheat on me. She's gonna change her mind. And the cycle would obsessively continue that loop of obsessive thoughts would spin over and over and over until agony till I couldn't take it anymore, and it would destroy the relationship. It would get in the way. You know you know how it goes. If you know anything about this style of thought, you know exactly how it goes. But when I was about 30 years old, so this is far long longer after I discovered manifesting and testing 2011. Right? Down now to 2020. I'd even already been manifesting. It drastically changed my life. Channel already been out there. I'd already been helping people. But I had gotten into a relationship again. And getting into this relationship, things struck again. Now I hadn't been in a relationship in a long time, so it's I hadn't dealt with the same feelings and struggles as I had in such a long time. But when it struck and I remembered exactly what I was going through again and I knew that I could either get out of this relationship or I could solve the problem once and for That is when I discovered and started researching and combined my systematic testing of manifesting the trial and errors that brought me to the systematic methods that work every time combined with some psychological approaches. Now this is where the second self comes in. So this is the key. This is the concept. This is all of that points to this. Right? So no matter what I would do, no matter what assumptions I would change, no matter what I what belief I thought was the core belief to causing all of these problems, there was nothing I could do to resolve these anxieties, fears, doubts, or whatever. But this is what was interesting. I found this concept of the second self. The second self is a psychological concept, and the idea is you construct a second self. You construct a self of a person that you wish to become. And you can do this quite easily if you know who you don't want to be. And you know you don't want to be the person for myself who's being anxious, who's insecure, who's fearful. But more than that, I can break it down into the concepts of or the situations that would occur in my internal reactions, and then I could plan out what I wish to be instead, what I wish to think instead, what I wish to feel instead, the patterns that would arise instead. Now here is the part that really changed everything because I had already tried many different assumptions. I had tried to figure out who I wanted to be. I I knew who I didn't wanna be, but I could never think from the perspective or really know what it was like to be a person who was not fearful, to be a person who was not jealous, to be a person who was not afraid of abandonment, to be a person who was not insecure, to be a person who wouldn't obsessively mind read to predict what they wanted to hear so that I could change what I thought they wanted to hear. It's an obsessive repetitive cycle that never stops. And then always hyper fixated on everything that they're saying, what I think they're thinking, changing my behavior based on what I think they they're thinking or what they're gonna think. It's so insane. And then, like I said, hyper fixated on every move they make, every word that they don't say, everything they do say. If they say something nice, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. So it'd always be agonizing. Always be agonizing. I stumbled upon this book, and this is the solution what I found to be the true permanent complete solution over negative thinking, over insecurity, over anxiety. And this is when years ago, I discovered about attachment theory. Now keep in mind, before this is nowadays, this is really, really popular. But back when I figured this out, like, six years ago, it wasn't really a major mainstream topic. I was just trying to figure out what does a person think like who's not afraid, who's not insecure, who's not jealous. And like I said, none of my friends could relate. None of the people I'd ever met could relate. No one could help me. No therapist was helping me. There was nothing anyone could do. But I did know based upon Neville Goddard's teachings, based upon testing the law and systematically proving it time and time again and getting all of the things that I wanted to get except for this, that if I could think from the perspective of the person who's secure, then I could manifest. And that's one critical aspect you need to remember. But the problem was the person with the broken mind, generally speaking, cannot fix the mind with the broken mind. Now that's not a blanket law because if you're very analytical and strategic and map things out, you can definitely push yourself and brainstorm and surmise what it would be like. But in this case, I was so far from reality when it came to thinking clearly about what it would be like to be in a relationship that I needed help beyond my own capability. I needed to figure out what I needed to do. So I began to manifest that I knew the solution to the problem, that I knew exactly what it felt like. I knew exactly what a person thought, what a person did, how a person reacted in a secure relationship, in a secure point of view, in a secure attachment style. And after that, I came upon this book. It was called insecure in love, and it had some long subtitle. But the point was, and what was amazing about this book that I stumbled upon based and that I selected that book out of all the other books. Because keep in mind, if you watch my older videos, as you know, I'm an avid reader. I've read hundreds of books in the last probably ten years. And so this was the book that I selected. And when I selected it, it had something amazing inside. It was the thought processes of the people from each of the attachment styles. Now I was able to analyze and figure out what categories I fell into, and it really was vindicating because it proved why no one can relate to me. Because what I was the category that I was in was anxious, insecure, which was about five percent of the population only suffered from this. There's insecure, and then there's anxious. Those have higher percentages, and then there's insecure and anxious. And that was the category I fell into. That's why no one I knew could ever think like how I thought. I can never figure out how people didn't think like I did. But the point is is that I finally found something to identify with so that can I then point to the solution? Now I wanna point this out because later later in later years, meaning recent years, you've probably figured this out already that, right, everybody is now diagnosed with the thing. Right? The pharmaceutical industries have capitalized on the fact that everyone feels like there's something uniquely wrong with them. Right? Everyone has that. Everyone feels like there's something wrong with them. Right? I've spoke to thousands of people. I was in AA and NA for a decade, went to thousands and thousands of meetings, met thousands and thousands of people, been to dozens of rehabs. Everybody always has the same thing. They feel like there's something wrong with them. Right? So as you know and as I know that being vindicated, feeling validated, finally knowing that there's actually something wrong can be very helpful, but it can be very damning because once you label yourself, you perpetuate that thing. So you may be diagnosed with something. You may know everyone else who's diagnosed with something. I'm diagnosed with a handful of things. But what I do with that information is far different than perhaps what the common expectation would be, which is just to get medicated, accept the diagnosis, and deal with the problem, but or deal with the symptoms. But what we can do as manifestors and by using the second self is something far different. They didn't plan on there being a solution. They don't want there to be a solution, but there is a solution. And the solution is manifesting. You see, these many of these diagnoses are patterns of thought, and these patterns of thought can be modified and altered. It can be altered through altering the subconscious mind. These are all subconscious. And so if we can find a way to alter the subconscious, then we can change the way that we think permanently. We can change the problem into being a solution, or we can think differently, feel differently, have different trains of thoughts, different sets of thoughts. I know this because being diagnosed with specific things like, man, what is it? Opioid dependence. All these addiction things, but then literal so that's one. But then literally, OCD was diagnosed with in 2013. I was diagnosed with depression when I was 16. So that was in 2005. Anxiety at the same time, OCD, ADHD, bipolar two, all these things. All these things. Right? But yet here I stand. Don't do drugs anymore, which is impossible speaking to a person who's been to over 30 rehabs, who was completely done, was written off by society. Every every no one could do anything to help me. No one. I was a chronic relapser. I've overdosed. I've been resuscitated literally, heart stopped. The whole nine, everything. And not just once again and again and again for over a decade until I was able to resolve these issues with manifesting. So here is the solution to what I was saying. So I found that book knowing that I can change things with manifesting. Ing. I I realized realized that that that that book book had had part of the solution in it, which was not only the diagnosis that can help me identify and therefore find the problem, but the solution, which was the thought processes of all of the different categories of these attachment styles. So it gave experiences. It gave anecdotes. It gave situations of people who were in each type. So what would a person think who was anxious in this scenario? What would a person think who's insecure in this scenario? What would a person think who's avoidant in this scenario? And finally, what would a person think who is secure in this scenario? Now those are the four, common, and then there's insecure, anxious as well, which is a combination. Those are the common ones and or uncommon, but whatever. And, based upon those, it explains all the thought process. And they say, you know, the ones that are not secure are the ones that cause pain, the ones that cause stress, the ones that cause sadness, the ones that cause depression, ones that cause anxiety, the ones that cause unhappiness. And so you wanna get away from the ones that cause unhappiness and get into the ones that are secure. Now the book was not written to cause you to put on the new mindset. It was causes diagnosis factor and then some helpful tools. But I used it because I knew the solution. If I could begin to think and impress the perspective of the person who already was who I wanted to be, then I would manifest becoming that person, not through continuous obsessive rewiring of the brain, through neuroplasticity, but through manifesting, which is something completely different than all of that stuff. Do not be confused. Do not be misled. Do not be misguided. Manifesting is the key. It's the master key. All this other stuff is scientific explanation, but it is not the truth. These are explanations. Science does not account for manifesting. Okay? I'm telling you right now there is an actual discrepancy between the ability to impress your subconscious mind through manifesting and something like neuroplasticity or psychology. Right? There's tools within psychology to help you manifest, but remember, it is never in the the actual chain like, the the, neuroplasticity, the, any of these sorts of concepts are not the solution. The solution is the impression of the subconscious mind, and the rest of that is just a side effect of manifesting. So but the point is, I now had a solution. I knew what it would be like for a person who thought to in a secure manner, And that was the solution. So what I did was this is where the second self comes in. So the second self is constructing the criteria, the persona of the person you desire to be, a full criteria. Right? What would you be thinking? How would you act in x y z situations? What would you feel? Your inner inner dialogue, inner thoughts. And you would put that on. You would create a trigger and say, for example, every time you eat a Tic Tac, you have to put on that that persona, that second self, and practice. And you'll know one of the the this is psychological approach. But one of the ways that you know that it's working is when people start to tell you that you're acting different. So that is the degree to which you should be rehearsing. But here's the thing. Rehearsing in the psychological path way is this excuse me. It's a psychological way, they say is creating a pathway that's gonna cause you to change slowly over time. But really the key is is when you when you practice it on your own time, not waiting for something to go wrong, but begin to rehearse it and think internally of inner dialogues. That is a Neville Goddard technique, the inner conversation or the imagining having a conversation with a friend. If you can put that on in your mind, rehearse what it would be like as that person and start to practice and internally think these conversations, these situations, which were outlined in this book, for example, in my situation, then it will impress the subconscious mind. And once the subconscious is impressed, the rest is gonna happen on its own. So this is what I did. I constructed that second self, and I began to think of situations. First of all, I had a perfect, situation in front of me. Right? I had a continuous source of stress and anxiety. I was in this new relationship, just brand new, and I was already exhibiting the extremely drastic unhappiness, the sadness, the the obsessive thinking, the anxiety, the fear, and things that had ruined every single relationship that I ever had in the past, a 100% of the time. So I had a perfect training ground in front of me, and I was already exhibiting these patterns, already exhibiting these anxieties, always already exhibiting the doubts, the jealousy, the worst case scenario, the catastrophizing, the mind reading, all these things. So what I did was I started practicing the situations that I knew were going to occur, like when she showed up late or when she didn't text me back right away or whatever. And I would think I had an exact situation. So research is one of the critical components here. Do not forget it. That is critical. Do not overlook it. Do not depend upon your own mind. Research. Whether that means you go to Google, whether that means you go to the Neville AI, whether that means whatever you have to do in order to find what it would truly be like. Truly the thoughts, not the explanations, not even text book. We're talking about natural thought processes that come from a person who really is the way that you wanna be. So I used that book, but then I had an amazing source to outline these different conversations. One of them was one of my friends named Dan. Dan was very secure. In fact, he was like my idol of secure relationship. And I would pick his brain, dude, because he knew me. I trusted him. And I would tell him what how crazy my mind went in x y z situations, and I would ask him point blank, what would you be thinking in this scenario? And he would say, well, I would just be thinking, oh, she's a little bit late. Well, hope she's alright. Alright. Let me go cook dinner. Whatever. Like, whatever. And and then he would explain, like, no. I don't worry. I just get you know, I'm fixated on the task at hand and ask if she needs any help or whatever and just continue on my path. I don't start to spin worst case scenario and all of this, and I would take exactly what he said. I would memorize it, commit it to memory. I would jot it down in my notebook, and I would use that as the blueprint for my rehearsals in my mind. So that I had the book in front of me, and then I had this real life man who I could talk to and give my situations to, who I trusted and knew was secure, and he was really the primary source as a, aside from and, including the textbook. He was the primary source. So and I would just practice. In other words, when I would practice and how I would practice is I would take thirty seconds or I would take a minute. And I wasn't necessarily waiting for something to go wrong, but I would take a few minutes. I would get ready and then take just a few seconds to stimulate something that would trigger me, but then automatically go to where I want it to go instead, which was the secure reaction, the secure reaction. So in other words, let me be really clear about this. I would take it so sort of like an imaginal act, an inner conversation. I would know the thing that would trigger me, and I would pretend that it occurred. But instead of being triggered, I would put on the conversation of a person who was secure, and I would go down that train of thought. And then after I was done doing that, whether that took ten seconds, fifteen sometimes I would repeat it. And so I really felt like I did it good enough, and then I would leave it, and I would go and continue on what I was doing. That was the first thing. The second thing is when a situation arose, which it invariably did, that caused me deep extreme fear, anxiety, doubt, all of this sort of thing, I would as fast as I could command or direct my mind down the other pathway, down the pathway of the secure person. So obviously, the thought's gonna arise in the beginning. The feelings are gonna arise. The sickness is gonna arise. The stomach tightening is gonna arise. The heart is gonna drop. All that sort of thing. But as fast as you possibly can, already because you have it memorized, You must do this. Do not not memorize. You have to have them planned in advance. This is critical. Research is critical. Planning in advance is critical. Go to that thought process of the secure person. Go to the thought process of the secure person. Now I'm gonna tell you a problem that I encountered, an issue. The first issue was that initially because I was so insecure and anxious, I wanted to I thought maybe being avoidant would be the key. So the first few days, that was my practice. That was my rehearsal. That was my outline. That was my second self. And I began to rehearse almost immediately within less than a week, I began to exhibit avoidant techniques. Not techniques, thought processes that fast. And I realized that was not the path I wanted to go down, and I realized why in that book I was reading that it says that this is not the pathway to happiness because it isn't. Happiness goes with security. So very quickly, I switch to secure. Switch to secure. Remember that. That is a problem that I even to this day, from time to time, I will still now have avoidant tendencies, few and far in between, but it still is there from those initial days. Switch to secure, begin to rehearse, began to rehearse just the inner dialogues. Then these situations would occur that would drive the anxiety, and I would as fast as I could switch to the secure mindset and go as as far down that path and long down that path as I possibly could and then try to divert back into standard thinking, standard thought process. So have the secure train of thought as long as I could take it until I could be centered back and be busy back with what I was supposed to be doing. Right? Critical. Now at this point, I started to very quickly, I started to automatically exhibit secure tendencies so quickly. And not only that, what was even more amazing was the situations that used to cause anxiety started to slow down. So the internal, impression of the secure thoughts, the secure inner conversations would actually then obviously impress, which then manifest. So it's not just you that changes. The world changes. That's how everyone as you pushed out works. Right? You are the tree. Everything else in this entire world are the fruit of that garden that is within you. So the experiences, the lateness, the lack of responses, all that stuff faded out. In other words, this was an amazing thing to realize that I was creating not I was not only reacting, I was creating the situations to react to. That was a revelation that's never left me. And to this day, you can always know that whatever is triggering you, you are also creating. So lastly so actually before I go lastly, that in and of itself, if you did that and only that, that's gonna drastically alter your life. You will not even know who you are. You will be so different in certain aspects of your life. That will drastically alter everything. Continue on that path. It will change your life in any regard. Now here's the last thing to keep in mind. There were some things that I realized I was not hitting with the second self. In other words, like you practice and rehearse specific things, but events would come up invariably that I hadn't planned for, thought processes that I couldn't predict. So those I would assumption stack. Those I would write down. First of all, I took note of what I was reacting to that I hadn't taken note of. I would write down an assumption stack, meaning I would write watch my video on assumption stacking if you haven't. It's a critical component, a side component to this video. We wanna talk about things that are the most effective manifesting methods. That is one of them, and that is what I'm talking about here. So assumption stacking is effectively taking the opposite of the self-concept or the assumption that is causing the obsessive thoughts or causing the reaction. So in this case, we're changing assumptions with the second self. This is an assumption stacking, the second self. But with the second self, it changes assumptions. But in this case, what I'm talking about is when something would arise that was not what I had planned for with the second self, I would assumption stack. So I would take the thought that occurred or the event that occurred. I would trace it back to the assumption. I would say, if an assumption of mine just created this event, what would that assumption be? Whether it's like women always lie. People are dishonest by nature. Right? And then that caused the problem that then caused the reaction. She's lying. Whatever. So, again, watch the video. It's way more clear. Okay? I'm not gonna go into it here. It's a whole video worth of stuff, but it is a critical life changing people here, please, and please write in the comments, those of you who have done assumption stacking. Just for those who haven't and they're and they're curious, they wanna know, who have done assumption stacking if you've done it and it's changed your life. People if you wanna see successes of assumption stacking, join our private Discord in the inner circle, in the q and a's. You will see invariably the successes are continuously increasing over and over. It is the number one growing, method that changes the self-concept, that changes the patterns, the assumption stacking. Okay? And you can witness that in the private group, in the Discord, consciousengineers.com. That's mine and Athena's private group. I don't talk about it much. It's private. But, nevertheless, if you're interested in that, hit that up. But so continuing on. Assumption stacking. Find the assumption that's causing the thoughts, that's causing the problems, and then stack, create multiple angles, statements, opposing statements, one or more, which would cancel out, meaning oppose. Or if these are true, then that could no longer exist. And you write down variations of that. And from there, I would take the ones that resonated most and imagine those in conversations with the trusted person that I selected, which was Dan. So that is the three prong process that I used. You have the second self. You have the research that creates a second self, and then you have the assumption stacking and the imaginal conversations. All of those, like in the rehearsals and stuff, all of those drastically altered my life. So as I mentioned in the beginning, from 16 years old to about 30, I could not sustain a relationship. The insecure, anxious attachment had destroyed my life in many ways. Not only relationships, but that's what caused my use initially, the amusing of drugs and getting messed up in order to cope. So it completely devastated my entire life, right, for many, many, many, many years. And within two months, from the moment I began the second self exercises until two months later, I was drastically changed. 95%, I would say at least, of those tendencies were evaporated. I didn't even feel like myself. I didn't know. It was so wild the way that I felt. Secure, not worried, not anxious that I didn't really understand what I was supposed to be feeling or thinking. That's how crazy it was. And not only that, you know, things came after. Like, I realized I wasn't actually the only problem in relationships. That always was the case initially, or that was my fixation because I always was so anxious and insecure that I sabotaged things. But in this case, I realized I learned so much after this fact. Once I was freed from that anchor or thorn, I was able to see clearly and have secure relationships, to be able to live normally without worry, without anxiety, without fear. Nowadays, like for example, when I met Athena, there was none, no anxiety, no fear, no none of that. Completely gone. That is a miracle. You wanna talk about miracle? Get in contact with any of my exes. Talk to my mother. Talk to my brother. Talk to my sister. Talk to anyone that knows me and ask them how I used to be in relationships, and they will tell you. They will tell you. Or go to anyone that I've ever been to rehab with thousands of people. They will tell you what brought me there and what made me so crazy. You know? And that was really it. So this is revolutionary. It's life changing. The key fundamentals of this came from my systematic manifesting. I couldn't get this in the beginning because I had to test beyond what was taught in books. I had to test what was taught beyond in lectures. I had to collect data, not only from my own life, but luckily having you guys, I've collected hundreds of thousands of success stories, failure stories, my own. You know, even over here is my stack. You can't really see it. Tens of thousands. Those are my journals that contain my test and manifestation. Some of these ereaders have, I mean, thousands of pages on them. And it wasn't until I really got to that point that I was able to find this process, understanding it was a long journey to figure out all about assumption stacking, figure out about assumptions, self-concept, how to change patterns permanently, how to change negative thoughts permanently, Flipping thoughts doesn't work. All of these things you cannot be you know, the average person you watch channels until you put it to the test. You read books. Until you put it to the test, you cannot really know. But this, I tell you, this I swear is the key to changing these drastic, permanent, long lasting things and consider the time span and the damage that it did to my life over a decade and a half or more.
