How to Decree a Thing So It Must Manifest — Step by Step
In this video, I tackle a common misunderstanding about affirmations and their roots in biblical teachings, clearing the fog around the true spiritual and metaphysical nature of affirmations. Many struggle with the concept of manifesting their desires, believing it to be a modern construct or merely a self-help tool. I, however, reveal how affirmations are actually deeply embedded in biblical principles, specifically through the power of the spoken word and faith. Through a meticulous exploration of scriptures, I illustrate how we are divinely imbued with the capability to manifest reality. As

Hi. My name is Joseph Ally. Welcome to my channel. And today, I wanna teach you a biblical teaching about your very words creating reality, how absolutely easy it is to create anything you want so long as you do the right thing. You have the ability to manifest. We all have the ability to manifest. It is said, God is has made man in his image. In other words, it is not difficult to manifest. If God can just say, let there be light, then in other words, if we're made in God's image, and it also says in the book of Psalms, you are god's sons of the most high. The most high just means the most high is God. Right? The point of it is there is nothing there should be nothing difficult in the ability to create whatever you want. You should be able to manifest whatever you want. There's a verse oh, and I brought my handy dandy little iPad with me, and I'm gonna share the verses that I'm giving or that I'm using today. There's a PDF I'll attach so that you can download it and you can get these exact verses. But I wanted to take you through and prove to you through scripture and through experience, through systematic testing just how true it actually is that not only are you God, but your word is also God. Your word will create. Before we begin, please do me a favor and hit the subscribe button if you've never subscribed before. I teach systematic broken down methods on how to manifest whatever you want, and that is through the teachings of Neville Goddard or the bible or just systematic testing. I've been testing manifesting manifesting since 2011, tens of thousands of tests. You can't really see my notebooks over there. They're stacked about a foot and a half high, but imagine tens of thousands and then the hundreds of thousands of examples and tests from you guys. And through that, been able to systemize and demystify demystify how manifesting works. And hit the like button so that people who wouldn't normally be able to see this will see this video. And hit the bell icon. I don't post too regularly, but when I do, you wanna be ready for that. So let's jump into this then. The first verse I wanna go into is in Exodus three fourteen. This is the key verse that sets the tone for everything most pastors or teachers or whatever kind of jump over this or understand what it means, or they try to make it make sense, but it really doesn't the way that it's explained. But in Exodus three fourteen, it's when Moses goes to talk to or he goes to see the burning bush, and God says his name is I am. What what is to the average person, they have many different explanations for what that means. He says, I am that I am. And then he says, that is my name throughout all generations. So So in other words, God's name is I am. And he says, anyone who has ever claimed the phrase I am, that is also God. What this is saying is anyone who has ever lived, anyone who has a self, anyone who has ever said I am is God. And it has been that way throughout every single generation forever. Every single person is God. No one is not God. That's the first verse. It is absolutely critical. Now in that, if you ever go into Exodus and if you use your if you have your bible out and you're in Exodus, you'll see that it you know, starting from a little bit before that, three fourteen and then going beyond that, He just keep repeating it. Like, who should I say that I am when I come to the, the pharaohs? Why should I go there? You know, he keeps saying, I am hath tell them I am hath sent you to them or whatever, and he just keeps going on, I am, and the Lord has sent you. Really, what's happening behind the scenes there in Hebrew is it's a formula. It starts with the word God in Elohim, which is a plural word for God. It essentially means one God made up of many. And as it progresses through in Exodus three, it then transitions from the plural to the singular, which is Jehovah or Yud Hei Vav Shin Aayen. Now in the New Testament, Christ's name, Jesus' name rather, is Yud Hei Vav Shin Ayn, which in other words, the scripture is talking about from God in the beginning when he is in the plural form as one, he transitions into a singular God, which is excuse me. And then ultimately, God as man, which is Yud Hei Vav Shin'aiin. So it goes God as Elohim, God as Jehovah, and God as man. And so it's a transition. It's explaining to you how really to activate your God power. Now the proof of this is in Deuteronomy. Deuteronomy six four. Hear, O Israel, the lord our god is one lord. Now, again, it's like repeating things. Now mind you, this is a critical piece of information if you wanna study the bible in its metaphysical form or the way that Neville Goddard teaches it, is when you see repeat words, it's not just for nothing. It's doing it for a very specific reason. This is a critical reason that it's trying to show you something. And in this case, it's just, again, repeating, oh, here, O Israel, the Lord, our God, is one Lord. But really what it's saying, our lord, Yad Vav Vav Vav Vav Vav Vav lord, which is. So in other words, it's again equating as it says, the plural god is a singular god is a plural god is a singular god. It's all one god. This is no matter what in scripture when you see lord or god or Adonai or Jehovah or Jesus, it's talking about one. It's one. And this is now this to people gets confusing. This is so confusing. They say that's really confusing, and it's only when you know the Hebrew or the Greek when you start to get into the New Testament that this makes more sense. But moreover, in the New Testament, there's a very you probably heard this if you're someone who has ever been to catechism, CCD, church, and it says that we are all one body. We are all one body. And it starts to talk about the, you know, the limbs and, you know, you need the you need the eye, you need the hand, and it's talking about each of us as one body. This is what it's talking about. It says you are gods, sons of the most high, children of the most high god. We are all God, all of us. When we say I am, we are calling upon the name of God. We are that's us. Right? It's not that we are calling upon something that lives outside of ourself, and therefore, you have to hope and pray and wish that it's gonna hear you. No. I am is God. I am yourself. Anytime you claim the name I am, you are calling your creative power to manifest whatever you want. And in Exodus, if you break it down even further, is a formula. Excuse me. That's for God and for Jesus. These are formulas of how manifest. This whole thing, the secret to creation, the secret to manifestation that is passed on and misinterpreted for millennia is all about you, all about you. As it says, do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you? It says this for a reason. The kingdom of God is within you. Why do you think it say this? You are the temple of the living God. Why do you think it's saying this? Right? And then people say, oh, it's blasphemy to say you're God. It's spelled out in 87 different ways in scripture. There is nothing that you have to worry about for believing this and knowing this. And moreover, simply, you wanna know if it's true, put it to the test. It says test yourself. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you? How do you test it? You put it to the test. You manifest it. In this case, we're talking about the word. Your words create. Your words them selves. The word within you is actually God. As it says in John one one, in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. Not only that, and all things were made by him, and without him was not anything made that was made. And it's like, okay. That's amazing. Is God the word? Yes. But how do we know that we really are God? And the word became flesh and dwelt within us. It's John one one through three and fourteen. This is, again, just explaining. You gotta realize in the metaphysical interpretation of the bible, which is the only actual way it makes sense, it's the only way it makes sense. Otherwise, you have to force it to make sense. I was listening to this, you know, I was on YouTube, and I was watching some some stuff, and it came up that these Mormons came upon this house of some protestant, pastor and where, you know, the the Mormons and and, you know, same as Jehovah's Witnesses and same as as a lot of other sects. They will go and they try to, you know, get people into the into the the church. And I was listening to one go to the other and one say another thing to the other, and they're all trying to kind of say, you know, this is the truth, and this is the truth. But all the truths that they were saying made no sense. Like, I was in a cult. I was in a cult for years, and I was so when I was in this cult, I exhaustively studied the ancient Hebrew, the ancient Greek, and you learn so much in doing so for years and years and years. But here's the thing. Right? Even so, even knowing this, I was forced to make sense of things that made no sense, and it wasn't until I finally I had a very powerful mystical experience. I said the name of Jesus Christ, and a thunderbolt struck directly within my skull. Literally, now it wasn't I didn't see electricity, but the sound of thunder and the feeling of electricity reverberated, not in a really, like, you know, slight tinge or, like, that's kind of what it seemed to be. No. Actual, boom to the point where I was, you know, shocked that it happened. All I said was the name of I said in the name of Jesus Christ. And boom. And when that fell upon me, and I did not ask for this, this just happened. I woke up and had the urge to do it. I knew the days leading up, I knew that something big was going to have to happen in the middle of the night. I had no idea what that would be. I never had a mystical experience before, and I just had this nagging, obsession that something big would happen in the middle of the night. About 03:00 in the morning in 2011, I woke in the middle of the night. I was sleeping on the couch downstairs, I remember, in South River, New Jersey, and I just had the urge to internally say those words. And as I did, boom, the thunder struck within my skull in the behind my front of my skull right here where people say is your third eye. And it the it electrified the front of my brain and reverberated through my skull, the sound and the electrifying for about ten, fifteen seconds, and then it faded. And I knew there was a knowing that existed at that point in in me that I had all power. It was a natural no one told me that. I mean, I had read scripture and all this. I had just gotten into scripture, but this was an internal intuitive knowing. And after that occurred, nothing was the same because when I went back into this cult and I was trying to explain to people what had happened to me, they some told me to keep it to myself, that I was gonna scare people. But, really, what's interesting is this is in scripture, scripture, but they were reading it in a literal sense and not a metaphysical way. So in other words, it says, Christ was crucified in Golgotha. And then in parentheses, it says, the place of the skull. It says this in scripture, but, yeah, people say, oh, no. It's the real place. There's a place called Golgotha. No, man. This is literally talking about the place of the skull. Christ was crucified on a cross. What looks like a cross to you when you stick out your arms? It's your body. You are the living God. As it tries to express again and again, you have all power. Let me get back to these notes. We're talking about word. Your words create. Your words create. Now be not fooled though. Right? You must express these words in a way where it actually requires focus and concentration in your consciousness. Remember, I am. Right? You must be aware you must be consciously aware of being this thing. That is what I am means. I am aware of being. So in other words, if you're mindlessly iterate words, there's no difference in doing that than recording something, putting it on your stereo, playing it on loop, and leaving your house. There's a reason why it must occur within the mind. It's because your spirit is God. Your mind is God. Your consciousness, I am, means I am conscious of being, is God. Anyway, back to this. For the word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword. Now quick does not mean fast in the King James version of the Bible. Quick means alive. Alive. Words are alive. The word of God is not what's written in scripture, although that also would be considered the word. As it says, all things are made by the word. All things are the word. In other words, all everything is the word. Everything is alive. The word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword. It's essentially saying, you can create anything. You can do anything. It is more powerful than a two edged sword at that time would have been so powerful. There were no bombs or anything. So powerful. It is powerful. And moreover, that's in that's in Hebrews four twelve, if I didn't say that. It is the spirit that quickeneth, excuse me, which is make alive. Right? The flesh profiteth nothing. The words that I speak unto you, they are spirit. They are life. That is John six sixty three. Words are spirit. Words are spirit. Word let me tell you this. Word in the Greek is the word logos. Now the simple on the surface, unmetaphysical interpretation of word is just word. People say, oh, it means just word like I'm speaking it. But that's not it. Word means meaning, m e a n I n g. Meaning. Your words must have meaning. You must be iterating a word within you in order for it to be expressed. It says in scripture, you shall decree a thing, and it shall be established unto you, and it shall guide your way. In other words, you decree a thing with meaning within you within you, and it will automatically draw up a bridge of incidents bringing you directly to that thing without you ever needing to worry about anything at all. So what is it that you want? What is it that you want? Now keep in mind, the only way to create is not just through words. You create anything through your I am, through your conscious awareness of being that thing. Whatever you want in reality, you become that thing internally for the time being, for the time imagining, for the time decreeing, and that thing shall be established unto you shall be established unto you, which means manifested unto you, and your steps will be guided. You'll be led in that direction. Whatever you want. What is it? I am wealthy. I am debt free. I am married to. I am healthy. It says in the book of Joel or Joel, let the weak man say, I am strong. This is not a magic trick. This is calling upon your creative spirit from which all things are made, which is the word. Check this out. Right? So that was that was John six sixty three, but this one's pretty cool. Right? James one twenty one. Book of James chapter one verse 21. Receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. Now again, this is not talking about the Bible. This is talking about your creative power, the word spirit, or god. All of these are interchangeable. Right? In scripture, in the metaphysical interpretation of scripture, which is the true way to interpret scripture, you will find that they equate one word with another. That's when they begin to repeat. As I said prior, they're trying to give equations, give formulas for you. But what's amazing about that is engrafted is to effectively like, to graft. Right? To engraft a plant. You people plant pears into a tree, and they will grow another plant into a tree. Right? The nutrients from the tree will grow into the other plant, and through that, it will grow. Now what is engrafted, though? It's engrafted with the spirit of God. Words, if used properly. If used properly. Decreeing is a proper usage of words. It's to command a decree. Think of a royal decree and how different that is from uttering something mindlessly. A royal decree, you decree a thing, a godly decree, and it shall come to pass. It shall be established unto you, but it's engrafted into the spirit of God. And that is why the spirit of God, which created all, you manifest anything that you want. The key is to structure it in a way where you are that thing now. Not that you will be that thing. It must already be true right now. I am rich. I am successful. I am always happy. I receive such and so forth. Something that establishes the truth of reality. It says in scripture, God is not a man that he should lie. In other words, the words that you use will manifest. You cannot manifest the lie. You the manifestation itself will not trick you. It will be fulfilled. It will be established unto you. Right? God is truth. Your word is truth, it says in scripture. Luke eight eleven. Here you go. Now the parable is this. Now that's another saying for, like, guys, listen close. I'm gonna teach you a little secret if you listen close enough. The seed is the word of God. In other words, your word gets planted in the subconscious, and then it grows, and it grows into a pattern. That pattern guides your way. That is the bridge of incidents. That is the bridge of incidents. It says in scripture, in my father's house are many mansions. If it wasn't true, I would have told you. I I go to prepare a place for you. And when I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself that where I am, there you may be also. Where I am, there you may be also. Where I imagine I am, there you will be also. You'll be guided there. Every place at the sole of your foot shall tread that have I given to you, it says in scripture. Anywhere you go, anywhere you claim you are, anyone you claim you are, you will receive that thing. It will grow. It will manifest, and you will receive that thing. Now here's one of the secrets. Thy this is in Psalm nineteen eleven. Thy word have I hid in mine heart that I might not sin against thee. Thy word have I hid in mine heart that I might not sin against me. This is a key. This is saying it must be hid in your heart, which means internalized. That is why decreeing is key. That is why imagining the end is key. You embody that situation. You embody that experience from the perspective of already having it. Remember, you must be it. You can't be thinking of it or about it. You must be it. That is first person perspective, first person point of view. And the key is here that and then this is in Isaiah fifty five eleven. So shall the word be that goes out of my mouth that will not come back to you void. Return unto me void, but it shall accomplish which I please, and it shall prosper in a thing whitherto I sent. Now what does that mean in plain English? That means God's word cannot be a lie. It must accomplish the thing that it's sent out to do. It will manifest. It must manifest. It has to manifest. It cannot not manifest. Focus on the thing, and you will receive the thing no matter what the thing is. As long as you imagine it, you shall receive it. As long as you imagine it in first person perspective, you shall receive it. Whatever. Whatever it is. Doesn't matter what it is. The list method exercise is an amazing practice that proves that it does not take something extraordinary to create something. It just takes focus. Just takes focus. Whereas, as opposed to a mindless repetition. Right? It says, do not use vain repetitions as the heathens do. What's a vain repetition? That means repetition without focus or repetition without meaning. What's meaning? Meaning is the word. So it's you must just say the words with meaning that will get hit in your heart. The sin against me is referring to missing the mark. That's what sin is. It's missing the mark. Not being able to do the thing that you say that you're gonna do. So how do you do the thing you say you're gonna do? By meaning it. And you do that by decreeing it, by writing it down from the perspective of already having the thing that you want. I already received this. I am this. I have this. I always do this. People always do this. And remember, I am the vine, and you are the branches. And that means, in other word to say another way to phrase that is I, meaning God, is the vine, or I yourself are the vine. You are the source. Everything else are the branches connected directly to you. Anything that you want in this world and actually everything that you've ever received in this world is already attached to you, coming from you, is existing because of you. So this is the proof that you need not do anything special. You've already been doing it. It's being alive. You are made in the image of God. Anything that you want is yours. You just need to align your inner conversations, your mind, your thoughts with that thing. Become that thing. I am that thing. That is the creative power. That is the formula in Exodus three fourteen. That is what it says to do in the New Testament. Whatever you desire, believe you have already received it, you shall have it. Or, when you pray, enter into the closet and shut the door and pray to your father who's in secret, and the father who hears you in secret shall reward you openly. All of this, your father is your consciousness. Who can hear you in secret? If you're in the closet, no one's with you. What's the only one that can do that? Right? It's not some secret thing that you like, it has to make sense, and this is the only thing that fits exactly. Not only does it fit exactly, it can be proven. It can be proven. So how do you do it? You you you phrase it in a man if you're gonna use words, which the word is God, that's going to create. It's a it's a a a word, meaning God is always alive. God is always forever. God is always living. God hold things in place with all things were made by your word, and without your word is not anything made that was made. So use your words. Order your conversations right and receive the salvation of God, it says in scripture. What's your what's your conversations? That's your word, your thoughts. Imagine you are the person that you wanna be and you'll get whatever you want. That's the key. That's the whole shebang. We talk about this all the time on Sundays and Tuesdays in our private mastermind groups. We are always going over the aligning yourself with the wish fulfilled, becoming the wish fulfilled. It's not about some magic thing you have to do. You just need to order them right, not wrong. Order your conversations right, and you'll receive the salvation of God. Now save. Salvation means save. Save means Christ, and it says, do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you? Right? This is not some crazy conspiracy theory that you are God, and you're making this up to feel confident and egotistical. This is a fact. It's not about how you feel. It's not about believing that you are. You are whether you believe you are or not. This whole world has been you pushed out. You may as well order your conversations right and receive the salvation of God. Am I right? I'm gonna leave it at that. If you want these verses, not all of these are gonna be in there because of the many that I had sort of just come up with in, you know, in the middle. But point being is you can download those, study those, look at them yourself. Don't take my word for it and put it to the absolute test. And you will watch how you'll receive the salvation of yourself pushed out. You will be guided. Your steps will be guided. The light will shine your way, and you'll receive anything that you want. You just do it. Thanks for watching. I hope this was helpful, and I'll see you next time.
