Hi. My name is Joseph Alai. Welcome to my channel. And today, I wanna talk about alternatives to visualization. And also, if you want to visualize and you're having trouble some things you can utilize in order to actually do it better. So visualization is one of the important faculties of manifesting as it increases your power with imagination. So we oftentimes would like to stick with visualization if we can, but there are are alternatives that I wanna get into. So before we begin go and download the worksheet in the description, Hit the like button, it does something to the algorithm so that those who wouldn't normally be able to see this video. They'll be able to see it and subscribe and hit the bell icon if you want precise exacting techniques. With no question, no speculation, not based on tradition, but based on testing and analysis of how manifestation works, hit the bell icon for that. So let's get into it then. Visualization. This is one of the most common common techniques for manifestation, but there's not a whole lot of information out there as far as how to master and perfect your visualization faculty. Right? So luckily, for us all, for the last ten years, I've been utilizing visualization, and I have run into a slew of problems with it. Sometimes problems come, sometimes they go. Sometimes I have to find I'll run into a problem, and I have to sit sometimes for days trying to figure out what has gone wrong with my imagination. But nevertheless, there's always a solution. And then besides that, there are other things that you can do to manifest your desires, things that don't involve imagination. So I wanna take you through maybe some of the things that you could be dealing with and then also give you some alternatives to visualization. I think it's first very important to explain in some detail the process of manifestation. And what actually is it. So manifestation is the... I guess we could say this. Your thoughts become manifested on this reality. So the word manifestation just means to be brought to light or revealed or constructed or created or the... There is a cause, the manifestation is the effect, so to speak. So when it... When we talk about crafting our reality exactly as we want it, we want to delve really deeply into this manifestation. All of the world outside is manifested. Everything that we've experienced is manifested, whether we deliberately created it or we accidentally created it all that we behold stems from our imagination. But imagination is not just the visualization faculty. The imagination is our perception combined with our mind. So When we experience something from the outside world. We're not experiencing it as it actually is. We are experiencing it as our senses and our perception allow us to. That is why some people judge things as good. Some people judge things as bad. That's why two people can look at the same thing and see different things. So the point is we're never experiencing exactly as it is out here. In fact, there's no way to prove anything out here is actually different than the way that we're perceiving it. But our thoughts, meaning the things that we think can manifest what we want. Our emotion, can manifest what we want or don't want. Our moods can manifest what we want and what we don't want. Our beliefs, our expectations, our fears, our memories all of these are facets of our imagination, which if the light of our awareness. If our awareness is focused on it long enough, will see into the subconscious mind, will pass through the door of consciousness, into the subconscious into the unconscious, and then that is how we manifest what we want. So this world without is a combination or combination of every single thing that we've ever experienced internally, and externally. And in fact, the subconscious mind knows no difference of between this reality and our imagined reality, and you can even take it a step further to say our subconscious has never experienced anything on the external world because the only thing that can enter it first must hit our conscious mind then goes directly into the subconscious mind. So visualization is an amazing way to simulate or emulate experiences that we want to experience to impress the subconscious mind with that emulate experience, and then that subconscious mind in a way that is unfathomable that we probably will never really fully understand gets pushed out on the screen of space. We may not know exactly how it works, but we can examine it by looking through the process of manifestation and make a framework about what actually works what's actually happening and that's kind of what this whole channel is about. So visualization itself is utilized. And what I found, my my most successful clients, the ones received amazing results and the ones who have also experienced more mystical stuff, even inadvertently or accidentally, their prime modality of imagining has always been visualization and including myself, my most profound mystical experiences is most of them anyway happened after long periods of visualization. So that is why I hammer home visualization is very important. So I wanna go and first, into some of the problems you might be encountering and then some of the solutions of how you can fix them. So one of the most common problems of visualization is being present in the. Meaning our mind goes all over the place. So there's good news and then there's bad news. The good news is that we can absolutely get ourselves. If you... If you have zero focus on your imagination. You can actually train yourself to become very focused on your visualization. It is absolutely possible, so don't worry, it's always possible. And you could do this through any number of ways and I'm gonna help you with some of them. But the bad news is that you have to actually do it. You can't just be lazy and say it's not working. It takes effort, and it takes practice in order to train your mind to focus on your imaginable act. But there's some ways to make it easier. Like, cali, cali is the essence of relaxing, taking deep breath, getting into the medi state. So the way I do this is by taking deep breaths, focusing directly on the breath, breathing through my diaphragm, not my chest, and there's a difference because when we breathe in through the diaphragm, more oxygen pushes up into our brain, it relaxes us much quicker and allows us to stay relaxed. And now we can just look in reality when we're stressed out and anxious, we breathe breathe more shallow, anxious and through the chest. And when you look at a baby, their stomach rises up and down, they're super relaxed. So this is what we're talking about. But focusing on that breath, actually counting them or just literally taking note of when it goes up and down is one way to become present in the imagine act. So... Or to get present before the Imagine act. Another thing that I do before I imagine, alongside of that coupled with that, is I'll focus on my breathing, and then I'll also simultaneously count backward from a high number. And the reason I do that and I make it a high number is because I'm not nervous at all about getting down to zero. I usually start at three hundred. That's what I've always done, and I never hit zero before I'm relax. So... But both of these together, the reason they work is because we can only truly be aware of one thing at a time. So that means we can't be aware of all of our thoughts and breathing and counting backward. In fact, it's it almost near impossible to be focused on two things. So if we're focused on breath, and we're focused on counting backward, that is enough. If you can do that, you have to keep bringing your mind back to those things and then ultimately, you will be focused only on those. And the beauty of it, the only requirement for getting what you want is to fully bring yourself in that magical act. So if... And the only deterrent is our own thoughts, The thoughts of what we have to do, etcetera. Sometimes it's helpful to do it at the end of the day, when we've cleared out everything we have to do. If you have a lot of stress and problems, just do all those and then imagine. So that's the first way to do it. The second way is one and... With the scattered mind is once you've done that, start by looking at your hands in your imagination. Now the point is to look in first person point of view. Don't do it any other way. Take my word on that. You... You'll give someone else your manifestation. If you observe yourself as a third party, third person receiving your manifestation. So you want to calibrate, look at your hands, then look at your feet first or sometimes a trick that I've learned is tie my shoe in my dream or take some action that requires hand eye coordination with a mission, meaning you need context. So if you go in with out a mission, there's gonna be problems. You're not gonna be able to focus properly. But if you know what you're gonna do first and then do it. It's one way to get you present in that scene. That brings me to the next visualization problem of focus, which is what I just said, planning you're seeing out. Usually in workshops when I ask who just jumps right into their magical act when they want something without planning anything out. Almost every single person raises their hand. And then almost every single person says they have trouble imagining. Mapping it out in a short concise condensed way. On a piece of paper actually outlining the short and concise scene that you want to imagine is vital crucial to getting what you want. And you will watch how much easier it is knowing exactly what you wanna do before you do it, that you can remain focused in the act. And the other thing, I've seen people or heard people say, they can't focus for that long. So your imagine act should be short. Your subconscious mind uses bite size information. It doesn't take ten minutes of an act and impress the whole thing. I keep my scenes from five. To ten to fifteen to twenty seconds at the max. And that way, I make them very simple, very easy to remember and very easy to iterate over and over again as I imagine it, which is another aspect of it. But say it's not focus that you're having problems with. Right? Or actually, one last piece of that. If your mind, the whole trick is your mind will wander, just keep bringing it back over and over. It may take you five minutes. Ten minutes to get the scene to play out, but in and then as you keep doing this, you will get better at it. But ultimately, you will be able to focus. Now, what if that's not the problem? I've had other problems like my eyes would keep shifting, so it would bring me out of my imagine app. That's happened to me before where I had trouble manifesting for over a month, and it just appeared at of nowhere. So what I found, it was interesting. I had asked for a solution for it. I wrote it down that I had a solution, and then I had a dream, that I was sitting in a park and then neville walked up to me, and he... All of a sudden, he became me, so therefore, I was looking through his eyes. And then he tilted his head back and he closed his eyes ninety five percent, but not all the way. What I have found is that with trouble focusing or keeping present or if your eyes are shifting, keeping your eyes almost fully closed, but with a tiny slot underneath open, it almost is a joke, how easy it is to remain focused on that imagine act. So just do that, and that will really help you. Another way to stay present is to actually move your body the way you would be moving it in this scene. So if you're imagining, you should be bringing the whole scene to you. Meaning, say I was in what would be a good example of this? Sarah was in a basketball court right now. Alright? That's what I wanted to imagine. What I would want to do is close my eyes and bring the basketball court here, which means if I move my head to the left, I would see the one basket. If I move my head to the right, I would see the other basket. So literally bringing that... Seen here right now. That's an easy way to stay focused, but then also, if we wanna do some action and we're having trouble controlling our body, controlling our our action in the imagine act. Moving slightly, your your body. So sometimes my arm just... I lose control over to imagine act or my legs or whatever. Gently moving my arm slightly when I want to move it in the act, will actually bring me back and center and then bring me in the scene, and it'll have more control over what I'm doing and watch. It becomes a very simple way to become present. Now, after this, say you did all these things, which I highly recommend even if you're the greatest visualize that you do this. But if that is... Or you wanna try something different, you can use any other number of types of faculties to imagine. So there's inner conversations. An inner conversation is literally thinking of a scene after you've already had your end. So if you wanted money, you want a million bucks Right? Imagining that you're having a conversation with a trusted close friend about how you have that million bucks. Now the beauty of this is that it's simple and it's extremely accurate. Words are very, very, very, very precise. So you have a back and forth exchange that you can iterate over and over and over again until you saturate your subconscious mind, and then, ultimately, you'll get that end result. You can just write things out. Scripting write a journal entry from the future from the point of view of yourself already having the million bucks, already having the successful business, already having that specific person. Whatever it is that you want. Journal and saying, I'm grateful. I have this, I love that I have this. These are the attributes of the life that I have is going to also impress your subconscious mind so that you can get what you want. Some critical takeaways of this are to map out what you want beforehand. This is absolutely vital and crucial. Another thing is to calibrate and relax before you enter into the Imagine act. Because remember, the only requirement for getting what we want is to be magically experiencing an f as if we were there. If you can do those, then you can get anything that you want. So now start to think what do you want? And how can you apply this video to the things that you want. Implement that now, but first, Download the worksheet, hit the like button, subscribe, hit the bell icon, and I'll see you next time.
